C1 provides identity governance for Pumble. Integrate your Pumble instance with C1 for unified visibility and governance over user access.
C1 provides identity governance for Pumble. Integrate your Pumble
workspace with C1 for unified visibility and governance over who can access
your team chat.
The connector syncs every workspace member, every user group, and each
group’s membership. Members keep their workspace role (Owner, Admin, User,
or Guest) and their active or deactivated state, so deactivated members
remain visible in C1 rather than disappearing.
You need an Owner or Admin account in Pumble to create an API key that can
read the whole workspace. A key created by a lower-tier member cannot list
workspace members or groups.
1
Sign in to Pumble as a workspace Owner or Admin.
2
Open Workspace settings and go to Add-ons, then enable and open
the API Keys add-on.
3
Generate a new API key and copy it. This single value is the only
credential the connector needs.
