C1 provides identity governance for PagerTree. Integrate your PagerTree account with C1 for unified visibility and governance over the users who can access your PagerTree account.

Capabilities

ResourceSyncProvision
Users
The connector syncs every user in your PagerTree account. Each user’s account-level role (Admin, Billing, Broadcaster, or Communicator) is recorded as an informational attribute. PagerTree does not expose roles as a separate, governable resource, so roles are not synced on their own.

Gather PagerTree credentials

To configure the PagerTree connector, you need a PagerTree API key that can read users and account users. Creating an API key requires account-administrator permissions in PagerTree.
1
Sign in to PagerTree as an account administrator.
2
Open Account Settings and go to API Keys.
3
Create an API key and copy it. The connector sends it to PagerTree in the Authorization header using the Bearer scheme.

Configure the PagerTree connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.
1
In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.
2

7

  • API key: The PagerTree API key you copied.
8
Click Save.
9
The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
